An unspoiled two bedroom holiday house to rent in rural location with open log fire, heating and a 4 meter pool. So many holiday properties these days have been modernised and lost their character completely and you would not know that you were in France on holiday . . . but this cottage is different . . .

• Lounge

  The lounge has a fully tiled floor with rugs, one settee, three armchairs, cupboards, radio, record and cassette player. There is also an open wood burning fire and central heating for comfort and cosiness during cooler evenings and Winter stays.
  

• Kitchen

  The kitchen has a fully tiled floor, fully fitted with gas cooker, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all kitchen utensils and fitted units with breakfast bar.

• Dining room

  Large dining tables and chairs. Sideboard unit, sitting on a fully tiled floor.
  

• Utility room

  Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

• Bathroom

  Shower, W.C and loo. ( No bath )..

• Veranda and garden

  The veranda is covered and attached to the front of the cottage and is equipped with garden furniture for enjoying the sun or alfresco dining. A barbecue is built outside in the garden with table and chairs. There is an extensive garden to the rear with outdoor seating and picnic areas. There is a patio area also to the rear of the cottage equipped with table and chairs

• Two bedrooms

  The accommodation sleeps five people with one double bedroom and one triple bedroom.
  
  A good quality convertible is available in the lounge if extra accommodation is needed.

  All bedrooms have wooden floors, with bedside lamps hanging space etc.
  

• Pillows duvets, blankets, bed linen, and towels are all provided.
• All beds have electric blankets fitted

• Fishing rods available on request
• Fax machine & E mail / Internet service available on request
• Maid Cleaning Service is available by arrangement and at an extra charge

Tariff in GB pounds

• January - March: £255 (€395, $480) per week.
• April, May and first 2 weeks in June: £285 (€420, $540) per week.
• Second 2 weeks in June, July, August and first 2 weeks September: £365 (€540, $690) per week.
• Last 2 weeks September: £270 (€420, $510) per week.
• October - December: £245 (€380, $410) per week.
• Christmas, New Year, Easter and Whit holidays: Prices on application.

A 12.5% surcharge of the weekly rental is made for heating from October to March.

LOCATION

There are nearby connections by both sea and air with the nearest airports being Dinard , Rennes and Brest. The port of St. Malo is only about one hours drive, enabling easy access from the U.K and Channel Islands, one and a half hours from Roscoff, two to three hours from Caen and about four hours from Cherbourg . We recommend that visitors have the use of a car to explore the area and travel to and from their arrival point. However, transport from the ports or airports can be arranged.
