Close to the ancient town of Nimes, this farmhouse is located in a beautiful, peaceful and rural setting, within about 30km of the Mediterranean in Provence.
THE FARMHOUSE FOR SALE
The 'mazet' is a brick farmhouse, surrounded by its own vineyards. The downstairs consists of a large living room and kitchen. Entry is via the utility room or the main door. The house has a large garden in front separating the property from the vineyard. Attached to the house is a large stone barn (floor area 60 sq m), it is partially roofed where it joins the house and the front is open.

NIMES AREA INFORMATION
The house is 10 km from the vibrant town of Nimes and to the airport. About 30 km from the Mediterranean coast and the resort towns of Port Camargue and le Grau de Roi.
The Camargue is due south about the same distance away. The house is in a secluded position in the middle of vineyards and peach orchards with easy access to two local villages (15 minutes walk), both of which have shops, bakeries, small supermarket, etc.
