This new apartment on the first floor overlooks the pool from a large balcony. With a new kitchen and appliances, contemporary furnishings and fully air conditioned this property hopes to be your home away from home.

One bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe which leads onto the balcony and a full convertible sprung mattress sofa bed in the lounge provides sleeping for four people in comfort.

TOURIST INFORMATION

Situated between Antibes and Cannes with the neighboring villages of Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan a 10 minute walk away. The underground access to the sandy beaches is only 100 meters away. The area has all of the amenities one needs including a local supermarket, bars and shops. Juan Les Pins offers night clubs as does Cannes.

How to get here:

Nice airport is 20 minutes away. Access from A-8 motorway is 5 minutes.
