Description of the apartment
- Apartment: Living room, with connecting kitchen area and two large windows, facing south. Fully fitted kitchen.
- Linen & towels provided. 1st floor (there is a lift) . Decorated with much taste. Bathroom with shower and washing and drying machine. Separate bedroom with balcony.
- Sleeping accomodation : Fold-out sofa bed; two single beds in bedroom.
- TV, with many international channels.
- Kitchen : New and fully equipped.
- Condition : Impeccable.Entirely remodelled.
- Easy connection to airport.
- Near train station.
General conditions
Rental payment:
- Payment can be made in EUR, other EU currency or USD.
- An e-mail or fax receipt is provided once payment has been made.
Arrival and departure time:
- Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrival time is between 1 pm and 9 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us for special arrangements.
- Departure time is 10 am (we have to clean the apartment before our next guests arrive).
Cancellation:
Full refund is possible up to one month prior to arrival. Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail or fax. No telephone cancellation.Security deposit:
- A cash payment equal to 50% of the rental is required upon handing over of the keys and will be refunded at the end of your stay.
- Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
- An incoming inventory will be agreed upon handing over the keys.
Additional expenses:
- We do not charge any additional cleaning expenses at the end of your stay provided you leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition.
- Water and electricity consumption (there are separate meters) are deducted from the deposit at the rate of :
- Water: Fee of 2,5 Euro + 3,5 Euro per m³ (1 m³ = 1000 liters)
- Electricity: Fee of 2,5 Euro + 0,25 Euro per kwh
