THE VILLA FOR RENT
This large villa has exposed beams and is beautifully furnished and decorated for relaxing family holidays in a peaceful setting. A large stone fireplace forms the focal point for the living area, which is furnished with comfortable sofas and has a TV.
Stone floors and white walls keep the house cool in Summer, with arches interconnecting rooms. All rooms are on the ground floor, providing easy access for the young and old, with vaulted ceilings creating a welcoming atmosphere for family entertainment.
The tiled kitchen is includes a breakfast table, although many prefer to dine al fresco on the covered terrace.
TERRACE, GARDENS AND SWIMMING POOL
The villa and gardens are set in a rural location surrounded by vineyards. The covered terrace has sun loungers and dining facilities. The secluded swimming, with its terrace and sun loungers, is just a short walk across the lawns.

Location
The villa is close to the new Polo club and clubhouse of Saint Tropez. The sea is 300m away, or you may wish to visit the famous Pampelonna Beach, which is 3km away. Food shopping is catered for by the huge Casino supermarket (1,5kms) and the commercial centre of St Tropez offers even more variety, with its boutique shops and famous markets.
THE ST TROPEZ AREA
GOLF AT GASSIN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
The Golf club has views over the villages of Gassin, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez and in the home course of Garry Player. Designed by Gery Watine, this 18-hole glof course includes 6 100 meter holes. The club house offers facilities including a bar and restaurant and tennis facilities are also available.
GRIMAUD
This old, Provence village Grimaud is located 5 km inland and should not be mistaken for the newly built resort of Port Grimaud. The charm of this small well kept village with its renowned restaurants, little winding alleys and combined with its ideal position, only 10 km from St Tropez, 5 km from Port Grimaud and 10 km from Ste Maxime make it an ideal holiday spot. PORT GRIMAUD
The enchanting lagoon town Port-Grimaud is situated on the bay of St-Tropez, between Ste Maxime (5 km) and St-Tropez (5 km). Port Grimaud is divided into two parts: Port Grimaud I, the actual centre and immediately following, Port Grimaud II, which stretches along the Grand Canal and on the southern flank is connected to the mainland. Port Grimaud I is accessible via a ring road after 1.2 km, or in the high season with a small ferry in a few minutes. The individual houses, which are new, but built in old fisherman style, are along the edge of the twisting canals. Tennis, lido, boat hire, water skiing. The long sandy beach is easily accessible. Large car park (extra) at the entrance to the resort (300 m from the centre), as no cars are allowed into the resort.
SAINTE MAXIME
Sainte-Maxime is a bathing resort situated in the Gulf opposite the Saint Tropez harbour, offering holidaymakers of all ages a multitude of leisure and entertainment's with its 6 sandy beaches interrupted by rocky inlets (water sports club, deep sea diving, jet ski); its harbour (boat tours to Saint Tropez and Iles d'Hyeres, aquascope, taxi boats, sailboat excursions; covered daily market; open air sports: tennis, petanque, 18 hole golf, roller-skate circuit, mountain biking. Botanical park, museums and art galleries. Cinema. 4 night clubs, 4 piano bars. Bridge club. Public and folklore concerts. Rambling in the hinterland.
RENTAL INFORMATION AND PRICE
Hyeres (Toulon) is 45kms with daily flights from London. Car hire services are available at the airport. The grounds are maintained by a gardener and the pool is cleaned twice a week. The house is cleaned weekly and contact numbers are provided should there be any problems.
FREE PHONE INTERNATIONAL CALLS throughout Europe, North America and Canada are included in the rental price, because the phone service has an 'unlimited' contract. This is very handy for keeping in touch with family and business during a stay.
The rental price for this private villa ranges from 4500 - 5000 euros per week. Bed linen and towels are included.
